Mike Wilen is a leader and innovator in today's competitive real estate market. As founder of MinnesotaTeam.com at Coldwell Banker, Wilen has personally sold over 800 properties as listing agent. He has advised more than 50 of the largest and most sophisticated lenders on the sale and valuation of real estate, developed and sold property valuation methods including a portfolio loss severity analysis solution, built property syndication systems with custom API architecture, and created consumer acquisition strategies. He successfully exited a real estate tech startup and became one of Minnesota's top individual listing agents. Had Wilen chosen a profession outside real estate, it surely would have been in tech. A Minneapolis native raised on bluegrass and schooled in hard knocks, he began his real estate career as a receptionist before a mentor recruited him as a sales agent, a relationship that grew into a friendship, and a business, neither could have imagined. Mike is a licensed real estate broker and Realtor in Minnesota and Illinois.
